I was not going to say anything till I saw that!  That is the phrase from SPA 
(software publisher's association).  [Gee, should be be paying royalties for 
using that phrase?]  Anyway, everytime I hear that I think of how self serving 
the SPA is.  How?  Well, they have on interest in the user and how he/she is 
getting ripped off my software advertisers who make software sound like it 
does more then it does and the user buys it and finds out it does not do as 
expected.  Sorry, the SPA is a sore spot with me.  This message has nothing to 
do with the question of piracy.
