Post for a 'FRIEND' needing help!

I'm posting this for a friend and 1WSW team member - Peter Kastings, (a 
Lutherian ministers son, that only has e-mail access from his dads 
church acct.) at his request, as a favor!  He needs help and advise with 
an e-mail reply concerning his needs!  Please reply to him via the 
e-mail noted at the end of this post.

Does anyone know of a way to easily post to and read postings from a
USENET newsgroup using only e-mail?  I have no internet access other
than my e-mail account and am wondering if I can get easy access to
newsgroups.  I was thinking there might be a LISTSERV out there
somewhere where I could subscribe to a list for each different newsgroup
I wanted to receive... At the end of each day it would package all that
day's postings and send me them... or some other system where I can
conveniently access USENET via e-mail only.  If anyone knows of such a
LISTSERV or has other helpful information please reply.
