Hello...
Found a use for an old Tandy DMP 302 printer and my Old IIe... but I need to
connect them together (for use with AppleWorks).
The Tandy 302 does Epson LQ and IBM ProPrint Emulation, and has both Serial (in
a 5-pin DIN) and Parallel (in standard Centronics). Assuming I can solder any
serial or parallel cable needed, which card should I get (Super Serial, Apple
Parallel, Other?)
Also- Where can I get one (with manuals?).
I am inclined to go with the Super Serial card as it will allow me to transfer
some old writings I had on the Apple to any serially equipped PC.... but this
is not a major issue in my decsion.
If you know of where I can order the needed card (or if you have one for sale)
please e-mail me directly (btaub@ant.net)
Thanks.
Bill
