   Like greater debt for dumping the II line which was the training 
ground for future Apple computer users.  Now since Apple did away with 
the II line, most schools have gone MS-DOS and Windows instead of Mac.

   The only thing left for Apple to do is sit by and watch Bill Gates' 
well-oiled machine roll over and usurp them in the desire for world 
computer supremacy.  Keeping the II line active and improving the GS 
with modern day technology (web-browsers, faster cpus, etc.) would 
have kept the schools on side.
