Not really.  The resolution is limited by what the VOC could so with
current software, which is 320x200 graphics in 16 colors.  It's quite
possible to do 320x200 in limited 256 or limited 3200 color mode, but there
isn't software out there to do it.  For higher resolutions, such as
640x400, it's possible to do, but only in 4 colors, or limited 16 colors,
and it's going to need a high-powered cpu to handle (which no software
does anyways).

Also, you'll need to build a s-video to RGB encoder, and a RGB to s-video
encoder for higher quality video output.  Reason to build this is that
buying one typically costs from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars
from the professional equipment. :P
