when was this IIgs produced?

I just picked up a ROM 01 IIgs box for the princely sum of $10. I'm trying
to figure out when it was produced. Here are some of the clues:
it has the upgraded VGC and ROM 01
it has the //e keyboard and P/S connectors
it has the added on hardware near the Ensoniq like I've seen on other boards,
meaning it most likely had bad sound and needed repair
the number code next to the fast RAM is 28825
it has a funky 65816, with the same round symbol that you see next to "VLSI"
on some of the custom chips like the mega II and keyboard GLU. I've only seen
GTE and CMD parts before
the chips labeled UC15 and UC 16 next to slot 7 are silver colored

Of course all this stuff is moot if the board has been replaced, as is
indicated by the repair work on it. Here's the serial number from the bottom:
E7302HQA2S6000
It also has an aluminum power supply instead of the chrome metal kind.
It's a non signature edition so presumably it dates anywhere from the ROM 0/01
production run. Does anyone have a box with a serial number close to that
which was bought at a known time and can put me in the ballpark with this one?

Also I've seen boards with a big resistor at the place labeled R121 next to
the speaker plug and I've seen boards lacking it. Is there a difference? This
one has it.
