How much faster does a 10 Mhz IIgs go than a 9 Mhz?

People are talking about "amazing speeds", "boosted up to 10 Mhz!!!",
"incredible fast!", etc.

Going from a 66 Mhz PC to a 80 Mhz PC is noticable, but can I compare this
to a 9 Mhz GS and a 10 Mhz GS?

The ZIP card in my GS is 9 Mhz and has 64 Kb cache. It is prety fast compared
to normal GS's, i.e. the 2.8 Mhz ones.
