I can't verify it since I still have 7.5.1 on my Powerbook, but I would expect
that 7.5.3 will support an LQ. Even if it doesn't, it'd only take copying the
chooser extension from 7.5.1 or 7.5 to cure it.

You'll have to track down a network card for either one. Happily the same card
works in both. I've seen 'em selling in the $45 range in the AOL classifieds.
