GS/TCP and win95 TCP

I just realized I now have a free serial port on both my GS and my PC.  
My question is, with GNO 2.0.6 and GS/TCP, will I be able to have a 
direct-connect PPP network between the GS and win95's direct-cable PPP 
networking?  This would be really cool to access each machine's drive 
from the other machine, and transfer files that way, instead of using 
telecom software.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
