This has been discussed a number of times on CSA :), so doing a search
will bring up some usefull info.

Few key points though

ZIP GSX Pros
- Less Pwr consumption therefore less heat
- easier to upgrade without purchasing anything else, no seperate
cache board for example
- Speed configurable via CDA i.e you can choose the speed you want
rather than normal, fast and accelerated. Though CDA needs to be
loaded by OS
- less chips so less to go wrong

TWGS Pros
- More stable (IMO), but then again i have 1.0.1 version of the ZIP
board.
- Inbuilt CDA, but fixed speeds i.e normal, fast and Transwarp
- Nice logo and sound when you start the GS :)
- More common than ZIP GSX
- Can still buy 32K Cache board from reactivemicro

I know i have probably missed some things :)
