As Joe  said, I'm the organizer of KFest and have been since ICON closed
its doors. The "official sponsor" is TIm Kellers, but he just "takes the
money".

Aside from any unforseen circumstances, KFest 97 will be held at Avila
College in Kansas CIty, MO, July 31 - Aug 2, 1997.
