Mike,

It can be found on Caltech I think. It has been quite a time since I
downloaded it (still using ftp, not ncftp, nor http :-) It's not that large,
so if you can't find it, or you don't have ftp access, I could file attach it
to you as a .shk file (the original archive is .shk).
