There could be a problem with the IW2 driver used as the default with
AW5. This was a known problem with the Installer and could be fixed by
simply "reloading" the IW2 driver (or whatever AW5 calls printer settings/
files).

This is vaguely from memory and probably isn't applicable if you only
are having trouble from within the database module. Hopefully, someone
else may be able to shed more light on this. But, it certainly wouldn't
hurt to "reload" the IW2 settings/driver file.
