Help on up-grade rom for 2c

Does anyone have access to an up-grade ROM for a IIc,IIc+, or can
download the ROM hex data dump in the form of a text file.
Please don't Tell me about Sun, they want over $500 for a IIc
motherboard and in my opinion,do no service to us Apple II
fans.
