   I think that might be an Apple IIGS if it's got 4 disk drives
hanging off of it. The problem is that Apple II 5.25" and 3.5" disk
formats are different at a hardware level then IBM disks. Without
(rare) addon hardware, you cannot bridge the gap.

   Both the //c and the IIGS have serial ports which you can connect
to an IBM PC and get your data off that way.
