Hmmm. BEAM did all those crap games that the bastards went and tried to
sell two or more times (ie. ARDOK/ASTRIX and BOP'N'RUMBLE/BAD STREET BRAWL)
those are the exact game pairs just with some sprites edited and text
changed! Not too sorry/suprised to see them give their stuff away... But,
please specify- I know MH had the copyright on "WAR IN MIDDLE EARTH" but
"THE HOBBIT" and "LORD OF THE RINGS" (both are graphic text adventures...)
were done by someone else.?. I donno who- maybe under licence from BEAM
but the text/graphic adventures above were of uncommon quallity if BEAM had
anything to do with either of them... Anyway, if you know for sure who
did "THE HOBBIT" or "LORD OF THE RINGS" c64 text/graphics adventure games
please let me know.... Also, I have only come across "LORD OF THE RINGS"
once and it was a bad hack (ISCPIC) and the disk I had it on suffered from
bit-rot...
