Microdrive Controller and DMA

Here is a message from the creator of the Microdrive.

The DMA option is a flag in the configuration block of 
an Apple II MicroDrive or Microdrive/Turbo configured 
storage device (Hard Disk or CF Card). 

This flag is intended to be always present because a 
user can easily switch between the two cards without 
re-configuring or re-partitioning his storage device. 

The DMA option is always there but is only evaluated if 
a MicroDrive/Turbo Card is handling the device. The flag 
can always be configured by the user and simply has no 
effect when a MicroDrive Card (non-Turbo) is used.
