Help with IIGS Memory

Hello...
I'm looking to fill my AE Rev D. GS-RAM Plus RAM Card (currently at 4MB
out of possible 6MB) and my Apple Memory Card (currently at 256k out of
1MB). Does anyone who's done this before have any tips on where to find
the DRAMs these days?
1) The GS-RAM Plus manual notes that it requires 1024k x 1 DRAM chips
running at 12ns or less (the chips currently on my board are 10ns... I'm
not sure if it would hurt to mix speeds...) with CAS before RAS refresh.
The manual then states that the following chips have been tested to work
on the RAM Plus:
Hitachi HM511000-12 & HM511001-12
Toshiba TC511000-12 & TC511001-12
OKI MSM411000RS-12 & MSM411001RS-12
NEC D21000C-12 & D21001C-12
(I have Samsung KM41C1000P-10 on the card, and it works fine as well)

So my question here is, are these the only chips that will work ? The
manual implies you must have very specific chips, SOOOO, if I go to any
electronics stre and ask for 8 1024k x 1 DRAM chips, 10ns, with CAS before
RAS refresh, are they going to be able to help, or do I need to stick to
AE's list? Anyone got any compatable chips to sell?

2. I'm also interested in the AE 2 MB GS RAM Expansion card and the AE 32
pin GS RAM Plus DMA Support Card (oh, yeah, and the AE GS RAMKeeper Slot
Mover). Am I kidding myself that I might find any of these around on the
secondary market? Any suggestions to finding these little devils?

3. Now as for the Apple Memory card... My card currently has Texas
Instruments TMS4256-15NLA chips on it. What other chips would work on
it? Anything I should stay away from?

If any one has any tips, I'd sure appreciate it!

Thanks in advance,
