GS ROM Problems

Has anyone encountered a system bad 06010000  error when pressing
ctrl-option-apple-rest  to do the system test?  Can this be fixed?  Is
it the ROM that is bad on it?  I had a Transwarp GS in the system at
one time, but I removed it, thinking this was the problem.  Apparently
it wasn't, as the system is still giving me the error with the regular
Apple IIgs cpu reinstalled.  Please post any help, or send email to:
