We used to have several Fingerprint GSI cards at work, but we eventually pulled all of them as we found increasing conflicts with other cards. In or case they weren't getting along with ADC cards, and I seem to recall a problem with the Quickie Scanner cards as well. I'd suspect what you're seeing is a similar card conflict. -John
