ProDOS only supports reading the date/time from a clock. It's up to the
manufacturer to supply a way to set the clock. For instance, I have an
AI Applied Time II clock card, which works with ProDOS without patching as
it's a Thunderclock clone. You do PR# to its slot and you go into a menu
screen which lets you set the clock. This could be an AI only feature but
it's worth a try on a Timemaster I guess.
