Woz --> ROM 1

I got an old GS (Woz Limited) that is unable to run system 6.0.1. Do you
known where to find the ROM 1 upgrade in France where I am living ? (Or
even in Europe).

I don't have any hard disk for the GS and my goal is to use my Mac one via
Appletalk. Do you think that is reasonable or am I totaly insane ?

Maybe I don't need the ROM1 upgrade ? Can an older system run on the Woz
Limited AND use Appletalk ?

 Lots of questions !   Any response would be welcome.
