   Yes. SCSI is available through an addon board for the //e and GS,
then you can connect CD-Rom drives to them. A //e can barely take
advantage of high quality graphics and sound, so you'd most likely end
up using it only on GSs. It helps to have a somewhat enhanced GS (2+MB
Ram, HD) to run software.

   There aren't that many titles usable on the GS (it will not run
mac/pc stuff directly); your best bet for educational type stuff is to
contact Sequential Systems (http://www.sequential.com) and get a list
of disks in DiscPassage format (some attempt at cross-platform
multimedia standardization) supported by their DiscQuest software.
