     In tests, both Copy II+ 7.1 and 9.1 were launched from HD under Sys
6.0.1 and worked fine for formatting DOS 3.3 diskettes. (You do _not_,
however, want to use 9.1 for copying DOS 3.3 files.)  Which version of
Copy II+ are you trying to use?
