Disk recovery - Please help

Just now, I have used Copy ][+'s "Delete Disk" tool on a 3.5 inch ProDOS 
floppy, and it was the wrong one! :(

Can anyone direct me to a good recovery program? (The erasing process 
only took a coupla seconds, so the files MUST just be hiding.) Almost 
all of the files were stored in subdirectories, so a recovery program 
that loses file names would be fine (In this case, all I've got to 
recover is the root directory, and everything else appears, right?)

Please help me, and thanks in advance :)
