I actually have the original SAM software package, including the packaging
plus a nifty (but totally uslesseless) AD/DA card that you could use to pipe
SAM out to a stereo.  It was easy enough to search the SAM machine code and
change any $C030 addresses to $C060 to pipe it out the cassette port, but
this was for the non-hackers.
 
Anyway, this is doesn't do anything to respond to your request but I thought
it was distantly relevant.
