According to Educational Resources' Spring 1994 catalog (page 127), the 
Q-Print II is a "Parallel Printer Interface for the Apple II, IIE, and

I would guess it was part of a Q-System.  According to the same source,

In the picture, there are 5 cards with large ribbon cables.  One card 
has a tapered end (I guess it was a big card, so this is necessary to 
fit in a //e?).  The one card has fewer chips on it than the other 4.
