I would imagine they're available somewhere in apdev on CIS, if it still
exists, but I don't know for sure. I do know that they are available from
A2Pro on Genie. If you want printed copies, those are available from the
ByteWorks (APDA). You can reach ByteWorks at byteworks@genie.com or
MikeW50@aol.com.
