Use an "Apple //c to ImageWriter II" cable. Includes all the
wiring needed.
For a //c+, you can use the same cable you would use for the
ImageWriter II.
For the //e, ][, and ][+, if you have a Super Serial Card, you can
use the same cable you would to either an ImageWriter II or to the Apple
Personal Modem. The only real difference would be which way the jumper
block is turned.
