AppleWriter 2.1 HELP!

Arghs!

I'm using Apple Writer ][e at work right now, since it is the only
word-processor I've got that will run under P8 and use standard TXT files
(the machine at work is a ROM 01 GS with only 512Kb memory).

Well, it came time to print the draft of the manual I am writing (the
final version will run through GraphicWriter III on my machine at home!)
and I finally encountered the well-documented "Apple Writer won't print
right on a GS" bug.

I know there is a patch for it somewhere, either as a patcher or as
instructions for a DIY patch.  Either one will work for the ol' Applesoft
Ace, but I can't seem to find them.

HELP !  I want to get this thing printing, and at the moment it looks like
I'll have to do something unpleasant to get the draft printed!
