ProSEL 16 no longer Alarming

I am using ProSEL 16 Appointment function.  And it is no longer making the
alarm sound.  It still makes the beep on 9 minutes or closer, but when the
time comes to alarm there is no sound.  the border still flashes though.
Does any one know why this is.  I have system 6.0.1
