You might be able to push the board, right out of the box, to 10MHz
by changing ONLY the oscillator.
What the FAQ Nathan posted did not to mention was that many of
the later Zip boards already have a high speed CPU rated at 8MHz
or more and SRAMs fast enough to push to 10MHz. They are just sold
with the slower crystals.
Look for "FAQ-Zip GS upgrade: The 10MHz alternative" to be posted
shortly. The sources should be current.
