Assuming it is the original version, it uses ZIL (zigzag in line) 64Kx4
RAM chips.  There are eight soldered into the board, and sockets for a
further sixteen chips (you need to install them eight at a time).

The chips in my card are Mitsubishi ones, with a part number of M5M4464L.

The later version of the card uses 256Kx4 DIL chips (six chips in total)
and comes with 768K preinstalled.
