Upgrading twgs

hi 
  I have a TWGS that i would like to upgrade. Mainly i would like to know
how fast it could go with the folowing and where can i get what i need:

rev 1.5 8s
gals 1a 2b 3c 4a 5a 6a 7a 8a
8k cache (planing on upgrading it to 32k)
7mhz

Ideally i would like to get 14mhz but am willing to settle for a bit le 
for a bit lower.
