In the sense that a poster is anyone who posts?

Why should Usenet posting software be available to anybody who happens
to be interested? Even if they appear to be totally incompetent to 
operate it?

You are annoying a *very* large number of people with your misplaced
followups. If you are unaware of what you are doing, or don't know
how to handle your newsreader correctly, then *please* get advice
from someone.

For now, I am assuming that your actions are the result of either 
unintentional error, ignorance or sheer stupidity on your part, rather
than malice. However, your failure to respond either publicly or
privately is starting to count against you.

If this behaviour continues without explanation, I will have to assume 
that it is deliberate intent on your part to disrupt certain newsgroups,
and I will therefore demand the termination of your account on the 
grounds of Usenet abuse. This is not an idle threat; you will get no 
further warnings or messages of complaint from me, they will all go to
your postmaster instead.
