apple II to Mac conversion

Help!

I need to get files that are on about 20 Apple II disks transferred to
Macintosh readable disks.

The Apple II disks are 5.25" format. The files were created with the UCSD
p-system. They are ASCII files.

I desperately need to get these files onto my Macintosh. But 
actually ANY other format would be OK.

Can someone suggest a method for doing this?  I would pay to get
this done.  I am in the Los Angeles area.
