InitWildcard bug (was: Re: MCopy Woes MSDOS Copy)

Note, however, that in GNO v2.0.4 there is a but in InitWildcard()
in that it doesn't recognise the 0x2000 bit in the flags argument.
This is _supposed_ to return all files in a directory as well as
the directory itself.  Going by memory, I think only the directory
was being returned.

This was reported.  I don't know if it has been fixed for the
currently-beta version of GNO.  If any of the beta testers would
care to comment, please do.
