Here's my felling on that!  I personally endorse the Asimov WWW and ftp 
site.  I think it serves a very useful and valid service to both PC and 
Apple II platforms in many ways. I've never uploaded anything to it 
before.  However, I certainly plan to in the near future - as best my 
time permits. 

I have many links to it from the 1WSW/GS WorldView web site, as well as 
to others that have web sites supporting and contributing to it on an 
active basis.

Concerning the csa2 users taking a consistent stand - I don't ever see 
that happening with any issue or subject.  With as many different 
people, the number of csa2 subscribers and posters here - all having 
different attitudes, feelings, values and thoughts on various issues, we 
should simply express ourselves politely on the matters under discussion 
and consider that we all have varied views on so many things, will 
simply have to learn to deal with all of our varied and diverse feelings 
on others expressions and concepts of it all, tolerate those varied 
values and views and don't get so worked up with those that don't see it 
the way you do.

I trust you follow and understand what that was trying to relate to 
everybody.  

Some A2 supporters with their own web sites, have had links to Asimov, 
for a long time and expressed exactly what they perceived the site to be 
-(ITHO), recently removing its link from their page - when somebody 
expressed a logical reasoning why it was ever there, if they didn't 
endorse a pirate site (as they labeled it - with respect to Asimov).

I don't consider Asimov to be a pirate site. Thus, I intend to keep my 
links to the many useful things it has to offer to many computer 
platforms and their users, that they could never obtain - with respect 
to such useful and needed rarities - if Asimov were not available and 
known to them.
