SHK files via www: how?

hello.

unless there is an ftp mirror, I have to access the umich archives
via lynx browser here: 
http://www.umich.edu/~archive/apple2

There is no problem w/ .bsq files: I follow the link & save to local disk 
ISP & then zmodem.

But the same doesn't work with .shk files, I guess because I can't issue 
a "binary" ftp command. Could someone tell me how to transfer .shk files 
via www/lynx?
