R.Spy & Mac Icons

Hi.

I got a GS a few months back & would like to grab some resources from a 
Mac & use them on the GS, namely sounds and icons.  But I have little 
experience in this; can someone give me some handy directions?

I did get resource spy 1.2  which will convert icons, but I'm not lcear 
on the procedure. And have even less of an idea how to convert Mac sounds.
