Some people will never learn, and will never take the time to learn to do
things better. I have users on my BBS which I have given some tips on using
the BBS, and not hanging up with OA-H all the time, but they still continue
doing it, causing alot downtime on my BBS. I won't blame them for being
stupid, but they just are, and no one on earth is going to change this. Also,
alot users only call every now and then, and see a message conference just as
an information service, but never think about text formatting, etc. when they
post.
The same is going with writing reports and scripts and the university. I had
to do 25 reports of 25 practica, and just till the end they kept telling me to
change this, that, and so on. There are too numurous things to look after, and
the same may be going on for people who never got better education that say
the elementary (?) school... they don't care if they're doing something wrong.

Dutch is one of the most difficult languages in the world, and Dutch people
VERY often make mistakes. People learned to live with this, but people of
highest degree High School education (called Atheneum or Gymnasium in Holland)
are EXPECTED to write error-less, but still lots of them make errors.
