Hypercard is in deed freeware with just such restrictions.  If I elected 
I could pay the fee to Apple and provide it on my site, but that's 
silly. Who should I pay a fee to put it on my web site, when it's 
available on all the major Apple ftp sites for free.  It's perfectly 
legal to provide a copy on disk or via email to anybody.  I never 
implyed in any fashion that it was on any sites other than Apple II ftp 
sites.  It's on Caltech and Ground and Apples! Not my site, not your 
site and not on any other web site, that I'm aware of!

Now who's wrong?
