My comments on all this:  I think you covered it all very well Richard.  
I don't need to add that much of anything to any of it now.  You made a 
great reply!  

I'm simply going to wash my hands, my mind and my web site of Nathan 
Mates and his software releases.  The 35,000 CSA2 subscribers 
(world-wide) that might read this can make their own decisions on it - 
concerning me, the Apple II and Nathan Mates attitudes, software, 
documentation restrictions, etc. without anybody guiding or teaching 
them about anything or anybody - period! They all have minds as well as 
voices in this newsgroup and can express as and when they wish or remain 
silent and go with the flow.
