Color Monitor adjustment

Okay, thanks to those guys who helped me out with the yoke adjustment on
the //e monitor (I did it... and I DIDN'T get fried!).
Now I've upgraded to a COLOR monitor (whoopee!), which has the same vertical
centering problem (must be sumptin wrong with the Apple).
So anyway, this thing's got 3 pairs or yokes for each primary, one for
vertical and another for horizontal adjustment. The adjustable range is
minimal, and they're probably just to align the RGB guns. No other yokes
to fiddle with on there. It's an "Anitech" (Anytech!) monitor, which is
probably as meaningless to you as it is to me! Any ideas?
