Help: Need IIe video schematic

I recently got an Apple IIe without a monitor. I have a non-Apple RGB monitor
and my IIe has an RGB card in it, but there seems to be a problem with the
horizontal and vertical sync not being available as separate signals on it.
Does anyone have a sync separation schematic or knows of a commercial source
for one? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...John
