Apple did originally intend to produce IntBASIC for ProDOS but by the
time ProDOS 1.0 was done, it was clear that use of Integer BASIC was
falling into the realm of not really relevant anymore, so they dropped
it. Doing so let them use more space for ProDOS in the long term
anyway.
