Likely is parallel printer card. Such a card would have 7 or 8 data
lines(the 377), one or more grounds, a data strobe out usually and busy
and/or ack inputs. There are a few other inputs and outputs defined for
parallel printers that aren't often used.  Cable pin-outs for a db-25
connector for that vintage parallel card were not standardised, every
manufacturer did it differently. The other end of the connecting cable
would be a Centronics 36 pin connector.
