Slot 3 and Slot Shortage

I have an enhanced //e with too few slots.  There is a 64k 80 column card in the
aux slot.

Is there any kind of card that can coexist in slot 3?  I thought a Softcard might,
but the CP/M bootdisk can't find it.

Any other solutions to Slot shortage?
