Yeah, after Apple bought MouseDesk they whipped it into shape. They needed
some type of GUI for the IIgs introduction and since they hadn't finished
up the IIgs Finder they used the Apple II Desktop. The same situation also
held true for the IIgs operating system. ProDOS 16 was basically ProDOS 8
with some 16 bit additions/hacks. Again, they were rushed to get the IIgs
out the door!!
