Apple ][ software ...

I'm trying to help a friend help a pre-school with an Apple ][ ...

They've got one (duh ...) with only *one* 5 1/4" floppy disc - one game -
that's it!

I've got a Mac, he's got a PC (and we're still friends :) (just)) - his PC
has a 5 1/4" drive, but we're stuck at that point ...

The big ask - we don't know squat about Apple ][ software, software sites,
file conversion - the whole 9 yards (about 9 meters ...).

The big wish - tell us! If someone could provide:

   a) a list of suitable pre-school (4 - 5 y.o.) shareware/freeware stuff
   b) the ftp/http location of said s/w on the 'net
   c) conversion information to get that software from a PC to Appple ][ disc
      (with details of any appropiate concversion software needed).

we'd be very appreciative!

A big ask, and all we can return is good karma ;), but you will help a
pre-school in Australia utilise their resources for the kids better (sorry
about the grammar).

AND if there is anything we can do for you, just ask & we'll try (as long
as it has nothing to do with money, 'cos we don't have any) ...
